Can't activate 16.5 on M1 chip - Subscription Failed

    Hi,
    i have a a subscription 270523452 for Parallels Desktop Pro, and I can't activate 16.5.
    On my account I can't find the subscription.And when I put a SN on parallels, it say that I need to buy a licence

    Can you help me?
