can't activate my new device with activate code

I activated Parallels Desktop 18 on an old device but I no longer have that device. I didn't deactivate the license or sign out from my account before getting rid of it. Now, when I'm trying to activate Parallels Desktop on a new device, I can't activate it. It shows an error message as illustrated in the screenshot. Please help me activate it on my new device.
