Can't activate PD10 on my new mac

    I have installed PD10 on my old mac, and I bought a new mac recently. So I uninstalled PD10 from the old macbook and sold the macbook after restoring it to default. But I can't activate PD10 on my new mac because it warns that I can only activate PD10 on one mac.
    I asked the question on the forum before(https://forum.parallels.com/threads...op-10-on-my-new-mac-with-the-same-key.327160/) and your team member said it's OK. Did I do something wrong?
