Hi I can't activate Toolbox using my key. The error is "This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again" I have logged out of Toolbox and logged in again using the correct account, but the activation error is still happening. My account is ok and the key is valid and is not expired. Please advise how to fix this. Thanks
