I am a new user, and have installed Win10 on my Mac under Parallels Desktop (latest version). In system, it says its Windows 10 Home Single Language. When I go into Windows settings to activate Windows is see a message that says: "We can't activate Windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital licence or product key. If you think you do have a valid licence or key, select troubleshoot below. Error Code: 0x803F7001" I have purchased a Win10Pro OEM licence, and when I try to change the product key in settings, I get 'The product key you entered dignity work. Check the key and try again, or enter a different one. (0xc004f050)' Any guidance on what steps I can take to try to resolve this would be really appreciated.... Thanks Pete
Hello PeterC23, Windows OEM license cannot be changed. So please contact Microsoft and check whether it is supported on Windows 10 Home Single Language.Thanks!
