Can't configure "right click"

    I think that when I upgraded to PD9, my "shift/cmd" right click stopped working. I can find nowhere to re-configure that and the support pages are all old PD or wrong. What's the trick to this? Seems so simple and yet I can't seem to find the "set right click" shortcut menu.
