I'm running Windows XP Professional under Parallels for Desktop 8. When I try to convert a Word file to PDF using the Convert to PDF option in Word, when it tries to start Acrobat 3D I get a message that I can't start Acrobat 3D until I start some other tool in the Acrobat suite, such as Photoshop. This has always worked perfectly well under VMWare Fusion. How do I fix this?
