Can't Copy App to SSD???

I have Parallels 5 Desktop for the Mac and have two of my VMs on an SSD Express Card. What I wanted to do was to copy the Parallels app as well to the SSD and run it from there. But when I try to Copy, I get an error "The operation can't be completed because you don't have permission to access "Parallels Desktop"."

I'm the administrator and the only one who uses this computer.

How am I supposed to copy the 36.7mb app to my SSD?
