Hey everyone, i am running windows 8 on parallels 7 on my mac 10, and i currently use parallels to use fl studio (A music Production Software) on my mac. I am trying to move my important files to my mac to use with a newer version of fl studio....and i am running into a number of problems: 1. I tried to copy the files straight from my program files to the desktop so i could transfer them over....but it will not allow me to, doing this results in the folder not moving and an EXACT COPY of the folder being placed in the destination with nothing in it. 2. I though i'd work around it by copying it to another folder first.....INCORRECT! wouldn't let me move it to the desktop or anything else mac related once i moved it to the different folder (this new folder was "my documents") 3. File size is about 6gbs so thats alot of stuff moving... 4. I just want to move everything together...to my new folder on mac Any ideas on how to do this? because i've done ALOT of looking up and it's become tedious and frustrating.... OH and all the files i am selecting to move to desktop all have been changed to "Read & and write" for that purpose....
