It didnt work, I have a legace license from the 8 edition, it is the second time that I renew. What should i Do? I`m trying to activate in a 13 edition

 

Hello @junior1 , Parallels Desktop version 8 license cannot be activated on version 13 hence please use the link www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd8 to download version 8 and check if it works.

So you should not show to me the upgrade offer if you know all the license that i currently own, the version 8 is not supported on my enviroment, how can I apply to a full refund?

There is something wrong on the subscription portal... I have in 2013 purchased the version 8, in 2016 says that I purchased a subscrition and the new license that I renew has the same number that the one from 2016

The key is the same when I look at the purchase history

I am having the same problem, trying to move parallels desktop 11 from old mac to a new one, and keep getting:
"You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Please purchase a new product license."
When I try to activate on the new mac.

I'm also trying to move parallels desktop 12 from old mac to a new one, and keep getting:
"This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies."
I've signed out of the old mac but still no luck on activating my copy.
