    Hi everyone,

My wife runs Parallels 7 on her MBP, with a Windows 7 guest OS that was virtualized from a physical machine. I need to resize her virtual disk and compress it but it tells me I can't because the VM has snapshots. I've deleted all the snapshots, except for the last one. When I try to delete the last one, it fails telling me "Not enough free space to merge the snapshots". The snapshot size is about 750mb, and there is about 32Gb free on the computer. The total virtual disk size is about 275 gigs.

My first question is: why is it trying to merge snapshots when there's only one? Secondly, how much space does it need to delete the last snapshot? The VM is basically taking over her hard drive and I need to reduce the amount of space the disk is using.
