Can't do "run as different user" command

    I've got Mountain Lion and Parallels 7. I've got the Active Directory tools on my Win7 vm, and I'm trying to run as a different user (requirement with how we have our AD infrastructure set up). Shift-right click does nothing. Any help?I've tried many combinations but no luck.
