Hello @Chang-TingT Please select the option Start Windows Normally. It looks like the Windows is trying to login into Safe Mode. If you are unable to start the Windows, please try to repair the http://kb.parallels.com/5223 Windows virtual machine and check it helps. Thanks, Shathish
