Okay, once again - Parallels crashes Windows and I cannot get out of the Blue Screen of Death. This is related to the known and documented problem with Parallels crashing Windows when you use the USB. I've posted about this for the past nine months. During a five hour troubleshooting session with Parallels they configured my machine so that the Blue Screen of Death would remain in place (not go away - as it did with default settings). Not sure how to describe it other than, before I received "help" the BSOD death would dismiss itself The screen capture shows where Windows got stuck - this is all I see. There are no buttons (that I can see) for me to manipulate Windows in my attempt to shut down this virtual machine. Now, I know there's a way to clear this BSOD. I don't know how to do that. Anyone know how to clear the BSOD?
