Can't get Shared Folders to work

    I have installed the latest Parallels on Mac OS X 10.6.3. I have Windows XP. I turned on a specific folder to share and Windows Explorer times out trying to load the shared folder. This was on a stock install of XP SP2. I am upgrading right now, but I don't expect that will help as I can't get it to work on my other XP VM, which is completely current.

    Any ideas?
