I am using Parallels 3.0 on my macbook pro. Parallels has been working great but today i cant get past the user name section as XP boots. I think its to do with Parallels tools as when i click the user name nothing happens and my mouse disappears. I have uninstalled Parallels and then reinstalled but the same thing is happening. I cant install Parallels tools and wonder if that is the problem. Any help greatly appreciated. thanks
