Can't install on main profile

Sorry if this questions been asked before but I have a vice president of sales breathing down my neck and I thought you guys might be able to give me a quick answer.

I can install and configure parallels fine on one profile but as soon as I try and install it on the users profile I get "the application Parallels Desktop unexpectedly quit after it was launched". I have removed all the preferences I can find and completely uninstalled with no luck. I've even searched for anything related to Parallels and trashed it, still no luck. Any Ideas?? There's something in this users profile it doesn't like but I can't seem to find it. Thanks for your help.

 

Try http://kb.parallels.com/en/5714 and also a third-party antiviral software/firewalls might be the reason.
