Hi, I'm trying to install Parallels 10 on a new Mac, but during activation I get the message that I reached the maximum number of activation. I've uninstalled Parallels from my old Mac but still get the same message. Can you remove my licence from my old Mac so that I can install in a new one? Many thanks, JY

Hi, we've made necessary changes with your key.
Please try to activate it again and let us know the results.

Hello, I've tried again but it gives the same message "Unable to confirm the product licence. You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key...". I've uninstalled the Parallels from both my old and new Macs and tried again to reach the same result..
