I installed Ubuntu Linux 20.04 a few weeks ago and successfully installed Parallels Tools. I dragged several folders and files from my Mac to the Ubuntu 20.04 desktop, so I know that used to work. Now I can't move anything into or out of my Ubuntu 20.04 VM.
At some point I updated my OS to OS 10.15.7 (catalina), but can't remember if that was before or after installing the Ubuntu 20.04 virtual machine.
All attempts to reinstall Parallel Tools have failed, both by doing so from the menu and by trying through Terminal.

    Any suggestions most welcome.

Or should I just uninstall the VM and try installing a new VM with the latest version of Ubuntu?
I have the parallels-tools-install.log file on my Mac desktop, but all attempts to upload it fail.
