Whenever I'm trying to log in (using appleID login), i got the unverified browser message, and the verifying email never arrives. I had to create this account to even post to the forum, because there is NO way to reach anybody at parallels (no support, no phone number, nothing.) My auto renewal will due in february, and I can't cancel or modify it. The funny thing is, that it lets me renew without verifying the browser, (event the "new link" mail arrives) how clever...... How can we resolve this? I can provide my account details for a parallels support representative.
I am having the EXACT same issue and there is no way to contact anyone! I had to create a new account just to post this, support please respond so I can update my email address and get this resolved.
