when I try to go to a remote computer and I put in my password it won't accept the password. I changed the password and it accepted the change and it still wont accept the password. Also it seems to work on my cell phone with the app but it wont show me what the other person is seeing on their screen.
Are you trying to login from a computer web browser or iDevices/Android Parallels Access application?
Hi, could you also provide us with the screenshots of the warnings/error after the password entering (if possible of cause)?
