I recently upgraded to Parallels 13 (Version 13.0.1 (42947)) I like to use Parallels in Windows mode. I usually place my Windows7 on the laptop screen and the macOS running on my 27" monitor, so I can see them simulteneously. If I run Parallels at home with just my laptop, and then return to work, since Parallels 13 I have a problem minimizing the windows using the Crtl-Cmd-F key sequence. In the past I would just drag the window to the laptop screen, and then make if full screen again (Ctrl-Cmd-F), but since Parallels 13 when I try to use the Ctrl-Cmd-F while in full screen on the 27" monitor the window very briefly minimizes, but it disappears before I can drag it to the laptop screen. Long story short I have to have both Windows and macOS on the same 27" screen on different window sessions. I would much prefer have Windows7 on my laptop screen, so I can see it and macOS at the same time. Most of my co-workers using Coherence mode, but this used to work just fine before Parallels 13, and I'd prefer not to use Coherence mode. I hope someone can help me recover from this issue. Perhaps I have a config setting in Parallels set wrong post upgrade, but no matter what I do, I'm stuck.
