Can't purchase Parallels 14 upgrade- 2 working credit cards declined 6 times

    I can't seem to pay for the upgrade license because my card is getting declined. I've used two cards that are both in good working order and tried six times. Support was not helpful and they suggested my cards are not working or cannot accept foreign transactions, neither of which is true. Can somebody look into this? It seems like it's particular to me but it definitely is not a problem with my cards.
