Can't redeem student promotion

    I'm at an American university, and I entered all my information, but it gives this error. I have never purchased it before. Is there anything I could do about it so I can purchase it now? Thanks!

    Hello, i signed up to Parallels with my gmail address for the free trial but my university email qualifies for a student account. is there a way i can tie both accounts so i dont lose what i began on my gmail email address?
