Can't renew expired subscription

    I have a subscription to Parallels Desktop Pro for Mac that expired in August. I'd like to renew it but am having a frustrating time of it. Here's what I've done:
    • Clicked Renew... when I started the app and was informed the subscription expired
    • Logged into my account and clicked the email link to confirm it's me
    • Found my subscription and clicked Renew
    • Clicked the button that said "Review Payment Options & Renew Subscription"
    • On the dialog that says "Configuring Subscription Payment Options" click "Proceed to Payment Options"
    At this point I'm taken to a page that says "We're sorry, this link has expired to protect your data privacy" and I have to enter a captcha to get a new link. I do that and them I'm taken to a page to confirm the credit card info on my account, which I've done. Then I try to renew the subscription and the whole cycle starts again in an endless loop that is probably just as frustrating as Phil's in Groundhog Day but less entertaining to watch. Every time I try to renew, it says the link has expired and it wants to send me a new one to enter my credit card info.
    Things I've tried:
    • Private mode in my main browser (Chrome)
    • A different browser (Safari)
    • VPN into the US where my account is (I live in Latin America and am currently in Canada)
    • VPN into Latin America close to where I live
    • Changing credit cards
    I considered getting a new renewal license but the upgrade price is 25% higher on the website than what I'm offered when I do it from my account. I'm also apparently not eligible for email/phone/chat support (probably because I don't have an active subscription). Can someone help me give money to Parallels in exchange for a product?
