Hi, My wife is running Creative Memories Memory Manager 3.0 through Parallels (6.0.11994) and Windows XP (SP3) on an iMac. Something's broken recently, and I can't figure out how to fix it. When I go into the file structure on the mac to get pictures and media to import into the program, the directory structure for some folders on the mac doesn't expand, and frequently the file structure and image results displayed in the search window doesn't show all the files that are in the folders on her mac. I've tried updating to the latest builds of both Memory Manager and Parallels, and nothing has changed. It used to work fine - might have been the 6.0 Parallels upgrade that changed it. Not sure of that though. Is there something anyone can recommend?
