Can't start VM - "Unable to delete the snapshot"

    My Windows 7 Ultimate VM has been working great for months, and was working last night.

    Today I've tried to start it, but get the message "Unable to delete the snapshot. An error occurred while reading the disk".

    I've tried Repairing Permissions on my Mac, and I manually deleted all my snapshots from the Parallels snapshots folder, no luck.

    Any ideas?
