Can't update Application

    My license had previously expired.

    I purchased a new license and cannot access parallels.

    I attempted to remove and reinstall and still get a message:
    Your Product License has expired.
    The product license has not been renewed.
    Contact your system administrator for assistance.

    I did not renew but purchased a new license with a new email since I no longer have access to the old email.
