I've upgraded to the latest version of Parallels Desktop for Mac 6 but can't upgrade Parallel Tools. 1) I tried to uninstall the Tools via the Add/Remove Control Panel but got a "Fatal error during installation" error. 2) I then tried to manually uninstall the Tools by dragging the "Parallel Tools" folder to the Trash but that didn't work either because I got a "Cannot delete prl_cc.exe: Access is denied" message. 3) I then deleted the RegEx entries for Tools but that didn't work either. Now when I choose "Virtual Machine/Upgrade Parallel Tools", nothing happens. Help. Any Suggestions?
