Can't update Parallels Internet Security 2009.

I just finished installing Parallels Internet Security 2009. The first message I got was that the Database Status was obsolete, and so I tried to update. After about 10 seconds I get an error: "A network failure occurred during downloading updates" and I simply can't get it to update. Internet is working just fine as far as I can tell.

Any ideas?

UPDATE: I think I fixed it. I had to uncheck "Use Proxy Server" under Proxy Server settings in the update settings. Although I think this should be disabled right from the start (some fix needed?)
