Can't Upgrade: This file server is running on your machine

I am trying to upgrade to version 4.

I have to run the conversion process:'

First, fter the backup of version 3 I get an error: "This file server is running on your machine. Please Access the volumes and files locally.

Then I get you do not have the permissions to write to this folder. /Users/folder director/Folder name/. Specify another folder and try again.

I have admin rights, and WR for the folder.

please help.
