Dear Parallels Community, I just bought the Parallels Desktop for Mac some days ago and got a huge problem. Whenever I open any application from Windows and click somewhere, I automatically get redirected to the Apple Mission Control. This error is not permanent given. I can start the virtual machine and it works without any problem. But after a while this weird bug will come up and from that moment on the Windows session is lost. The only way to fix this bug is to shutdown the virtual machine (even switching off the system won't work, if programs such as notepad ask for confirmation - i can't click ansd therefore the shutdown process got stuck there). When this bug appears, the system is not frozen. The last time I was using the virtual machine, Firefox was running and I wasn in a live support chat and could see new entries from the support staff (but I couldn't reply anymore, since any click will lead me to Mission Control). I've deactived all corners and Windows runs in Fullscreen. Any idea how to solve this? I can't contact the Parallels Support, because it says that my Support Code is wrong (WTF?). Any help is appreciated. I already tried to find answers on Google and in this board but I couldn't get an answer for this weird bug. Thanks in advance. Jakob
