Hello. I am trying to install some Windows software on my Mac using Parallels 6.0 with Windows 7 64-bit installed as the Guest OS. My CD/DVD drive works fine in my Mac when the virtual machine is turned OFF, but when I start up Windows 7 64-bit (virtual machine), the CD/DVD drive stops working and does not show in the My Computer section in Windows and I am unable to install Windows programs because of this. I have tried a few troubleshooting steps of my own, but none of them have fixed this issue. What else can I do? Thanks in advance.
