CentOS 5.2 guest crashes during boot

    Host OS:
    Ubuntu 8.04 with current updates
    Parallels 2232 downloaded from Parallels

    Guest OS:
    CentOS 5.2
    Booting from the ISO

    I get the following crash of the Guest OS during boot up. Both the text and GUI boot mode crash. This screen capture was while trying to boot to the GUI.

    Please let me know if further details are needed to resolve this crash.
