I'm trying to install CentOS with OSX as the host OS. I ran the checksum so I guess that means the DVD iso image is good. I've set Parallels to look for the iso image under the CD panel. I've given it the boot order of CD first. I'm running it as RedHat since it's a variant from what I can figure out.

as soon as I hit play, I get "no boot device available". I tried changing what kind of Linux it was in the pulldowns and got the same response. I've read in here that a) CentOS isn't supported and b) CentOS works great since it's essentially RedHat.

    Ideas?
