Hello Parallells Team, somehow I couldn't chancel my subscription during the 14-days trial and the payment got trough. I was planning on getting the student version after the trial since I'm a student. Im on macOS and got the software through the apple store that is linked with my PayPal. Is there a way to change my subscription?
If you have subscribed for Parallels Desktop App Store edition then it is not possible to cancel and get a refund as it is through App Store. You can only cancel future renewal.
