I have today upgraded from Parallels 2.5 to Parallels 5 on my Intel iMac running Snow Leopard.

Everything is fine apart from one issue: when I boot up the upgraded VM in Window view the default desktop view (folder) is not the one I had previously.

My previous desktop (under 2.5) showed me C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop

I am now seeing a desktop view located at the following path: \\.psf\Home\Desktop (I worked this out from the properties of the documents located there). in the Windows VM this looks like a network drive - ??

I would like to reset the desktop view at boot-up to C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop

I only have the vaguest understanding of Virtualisation and VMs - any help truly appreciated

    Thanks in advance
