When I click on Help and then check for updates it comes back with an error message Parallels desk is unable to download updates.This error occurs for several reasons Parallels web site can not be accessed or no update file is needed." I think I know the source of this error: My work is running a Proxy Server and a content engine. However, the can not help me since they do not know what web site the Parallels is trying to connect internally and what PORT. Once they get this information they will open it up for me. Can any one help me?
