Check for updates fails

    When I check for updates, I get this error:

    I know I've already registered, however, I choose "yes" and fill out the form. I click OK and get this error:

    Seems I'm in a catch-22.

    Hello Chris,

    Please follow the below mentioned steps.

    1. Open Finder.
    2. Navigate Mac HD => Users => User name => Library => Preference => com.parallels.plist
    3. Delete all the files that has the com.parallels extension.
    4. Now try to check for updates.

    Please reply us the status of the issue.

    Hello, I followed the above steps and deleted the files. However, when i check for upgrade with my version 4 parallels I get this message:

    "Your registration information does not allow you to receive updates. Contact the Parallels support team for assistance."

    Do you know what's wrong here?
