Checking for new software ...

    I downloaded the new 12 version but all I get is a message "checking for new software ..." When I go to support all I get is a continuous runaround for a support number and a password and tickets and all I want is HELP! How do I get a refund ... whatever new crap is on 12 isn't worth the effort!
