Hello, I am just setting Packet Tracer, etc., and other tools for the first Cisco CCNA course in the latest version of Parallels on my iMac, running everything in a Windows 7 host. Does anyone have any helpful tips or ideas as to whether this works well or not? Am having trouble with one of the first labs, as the results from a Windows tracert in the cmd window are not normal. Will have a look at the NIC network settings, which are the default and which work fine with general web access and web browsing. And I have a hunch the Packet Tracer isn't working properly, but will have to test in the classroom. Maybe I am imagining things. Any tips welcomed.
