Client's connection settings change on Win Server 2003

Hello,
I would like to change the 2x client's connection settings for all users on a Windows Server 2003.
If I reinstall/update the client application the old settings are kept. I would like to know where are the settings stored, it's possible to update the connection settings (port number in my case) for all users globally? Users are in the same domain. Thank you!

 

settings are stored under

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\2X\AppServerClient
