clone and moving a parallels vm to another MAC

I'm a newbie with both MAC and parallels. I want to ask if it's possible to take a copy of XP running as a Parallels VM on a iMac and somehow copying it to an external HD and then move it over to another iMac ( let's say same hardware) also running Parallels and having it run on the second iMac ? If yes, can anybody point me to a link or some steps on how to accomplish this ? I've been goggleing but have not come up with an answer. Do I have to worry about anything like a duplicate mac address or XP SID issue etc...Thanks
