One of my macs died last year from a logic board failure. The hard drive is operational, and I can mount it. I would like to clone/capture the boot camp partition on that drive, to use it in Parallels 15.

However, the Parallels Transporter Agent requires one to boot up from the partition, on the original machine. That can't happen. So, is there another drive imaging tool that will produce a file Parallels can digest?

    Thanks!

AFAIK Parallels 15 is able to read raw external disk. Try to connect your old HDD via SATA->USB or similar dock to Mac.
Then try to add this disk to VM configuration as virtual disk.

Earlier, I forgot to mention that probably you need to setup an empty new VM with UEFI 64bit BIOS.
