I am currently publishing 68 icons in 2X in an environment were we have about 250 to 300 users. I am beginning to get Error Code [01/00000004] when trying to get the published icons to come up, once the users get them they are fine, but trying to get the icons to come have been becoming an issue. when it is not working it times out at 40 seconds everytime. the funny thing is that it does not happen all the time, so not sure what is causing the issue It almost seem like as we start to add more icons the issue starts, or if the more ppl access the issue starts. Is there a maximum of icons i can have? are the domain controllers authenticating for all the icons for each user? Is anyone else having the same issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated
Please try to update to the latest version 6.2. However I suspect that the problem is coming from the network. Check any logs on the server when this happens to confirm if the request was actually received by the server.
