Com port not shown

    I have been trying to add a com port. I added the USB to RS232 converter to my MAC and the mac sees it fine and does work. Windows 11 however will not see it and when it does it show's it as unrecognized device and will not update the driver. These USB devices are brand new and I have the windows 11 drivers. Please help...
