Complain from costumer

    Hello

    Here's the thing... I never saw such a confusing site really...

    I have problems with my server on OVH with parallels panel running on Ubuntu 10.04... Problems those that where caused because the auto-upgrade (which isn't controlled by me)... So I patiently bought support... I asked for chat support... And I received phone support... Then I said whatever and I bought chat support I was to enter in the chat... They asked for my support code, I have no support code I have an order number and no support code... Then I wonder why can't I get my code if I paid for it... Aren't those things made automatically? I saw my order like a thousand times and I have NO WAY to finish it for the matters... I can only see the invoice... Then I said ok... Lets go ask for support directly... I put all the data and license and everything and I can't get no support and then I can buy a per incident 75 dollars support... I wanted to say this by email... I can't there is no contact info at all... About the knowledge base? Useless for the matters, I had best chances to solve it while googling... And I'm saying all of this out from a linux computer (I used to have ubuntu like the one I have on the server) but I opt out for Mint... So I paid, at least I want my chat support... Or at least a FAQ that isn't useless...

    I'm sorry for all of this... I had no choice... As I said... I don't even have an email to contact you...

    Hello, thank you for the information. In order to get your support code please open your account at www.parallels.com/account > "My Registered Products" section and enter your order number. After a while you will receive an automated message to your email.

    After that you will be able to enter the chat with technical support. Just indicate your support code.

    Just for your information, you may submit a support request at:

    www.parallels.com/support/request

    Support for licensing/account/activation/registration issues is free of charge. Just choose that your issue is related to Customer Service and Licensing.

    First I can't the plesk key is not mine is from ovh, I'm using it as a loan... Plus it asks me for the key on my registered products... The key is not mine... In "My support options" I can't do it either it says the order number is invalid...

    Thank you for any information...

    Please try to delete all dashes in the end of the order number. Dash can considered as additional digit.

    3 times delivery product keys

    Phew ... its really complicate site i ever visit.
    I have problems. Once i order it said i have to wait notification that send to my email.
    Since its not deliver till over 10 minutes, though it was fail.
    So i try to order again. Same case nothing coming to my inbox.
    Then i try for the 3rd one, success. I got incoming notification at my email.
    But after almost one hour i received 2 email notification that i success with my 1st n 2nd order.
    Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh .... i need only one and really difficult to contact about this case to customer support.

    You can submit a free support ticket to Parallels Customer Service by following 3 steps:

    1. Open www.parallels.com;
    2. In red headline please select 'Support' -> Create Support Request. You will be redirected to the following page:
    http://www.parallels.com/support/request/
    3. You will be prompted to log into your account with Parallels. Having logged in, you will see a form. Once this form is filled in, a ticket is created immediately.
