Computer disk hardware configuration problem

    Can't run Parallels 6 on Lion. Keep getting "computer disk hardware configuration problem" error message. I can access Windows XP via Boot Camp, so I know Boot Camp and the disk are functioning. This problem started the day I installed Lion.
