I was traveling this week and lost access to my computer at home - Showed as off line. When back home I went to launch my Parallels Access application and the file was not there any more. All the other files in the Parallels folder were there just not the desktop control wizard "prl_deskctl_wizard.exe". I uninstalled the app then re-installed and it is working fine now. My concern is what happened. I am on the 90 day beta trial and was going to purchase in 30 days but if this can happen and there is no tech support then I cannot see purchasing it. Has anyone else had this problem?
