Configuration hangs at startup

    Hi. (I'll try this post again.... first attempt doesn't show up anywhere.)

    I am trying without success to configure a new installation of PD 4.0 for Mac with a VM of Vista Ultimate 64 that is a boot camp partition.

    The configuration process seems to "hang" in the startup screen. (See picture 1) The file prl_vm_app uses up over 100% processor regardless of how many processors I assign to the VM. Memory allocation changes haven't helped either. Although it seems to "hang", Activity Monitor shows active process. (See picture 2)

    Please help. I'm running out of ideas.

    Host: Mac Pro 8-core 3.2GHz, 18GB Ram, Boot Camp on separate HD with Freshly installed Vista Ultimate 64
